A: The fabric we used often for embroidered emblems has TWILL, TACKLE TWILL, FELT, VELVETEEN. |

A: We have rayon thread, polyester thread, metallic thread, glow-in-the-dark thread, UV thread, MS thread. |
Q: What’s the backing material do you have? |
A:
We have plastic backing, iron on / heat seal backing, peel and stick / self adhesive backing, velcro backing and pellon backing. |
| Q: How to distinguish different type of border? |
A: We illustrate three most common type of borders for you to choose to meet your special requirement. They are Die cut border (Hot cut, laser cut, art cut, cut to shape, laser cut, stitched border), Merrow border, Scissor cut. |
| Q: Can you duplicate samples if we provide samples to you? |
A: Yes, we can duplicate your sample exactly. |
| Q: How long can you provide sewout for approval? |
A: We usually scan sample / sewout for your approval within 3 working days after receipt order with all clear detalis sent by mail or fax. For large size and complicated design, we need about 4 working day. |
| Q: How soon will my emblems be delivered? |
A: Shipment for normal orders less than 10000 pcs: within 12-21 days after sample approval.
Shipment for rush orders less than 10000 pcs: within 7-12 days after sample approval. |
| Q:How do you ship my orders? |
A: We usually ship by UPS, DHL or TNT door to door express, it need about 3 working days to America, Canada, Australia and Holland.
For large quantity orders, we can ship by Air (airport to airport) to save shipping fee for you. |
| Q: Do you sell overall patches? |
A: We don’t sell overall patches. We only do custom-design patches. |
| Q: Can you design embroidery patch for me if i only provide a sketch and ideals? |
A: Yes, we can provide standard full color artwork for you to proceed your patch order according to your rough sketch and ideals. This service is free of charge if you place order to us. |
| Q:Do you charge set up fee? |
A: We don’t charge set up fee if you confirm our sample and proceed order.
We need charge set up fee according to the size and embroidery coverage if you will not place order to us after we make sample for you within one month. |
